The subject we will discuss today is thought. How do you deal with Negative Thoughts?
I don't know how big the writing will be, but I hope you will get a direction by reading it.

My request is that you read the text slowly and understandably.

Positive Thoughts V / S Negative Thoughts - Part - 1

How are our thoughts made? How negative thoughts come again and again.

Suppose at 10 o'clock in the morning you are told that you will not be allowed to eat for 24 hours.
What will happen? What will be your problem ( physical and mental)? Think.



Just the next day when the 24 hour time is up, just 5 minutes before it was announced, you will not be allowed to eat for another 48 hours.

What will happen to you? What do you think? Think.


1) Your body can become weak.
 2) Your energy will be reduced.
 3) The throat will become dry.
 4) Rotate the head.
 5) The ability to fight disease will be reduced.
 6) Anger, annoyance will increase.
 7) Fear will be born.
 8) Blood pressure and blood sugar will be affected.
 9) Will have trouble sleeping.
 10) You may also have a terrible situation.


Etc. etc.



Food fills all the physical needs of your body. The energy that you are giving to the body, the energy that you are getting from it, is driving the body. Food = Energy

In exactly the same way you are giving information to your brain through eyes, nose, ears, skin, tongue, since you were born. This information is stored in our brain which you think is more important.



This importance depends a lot on your Emotion + Action.
Thoughts are created by analyzing past information and current information.

Hope everybody understands.




Now positive thinking, negative thinking.

Suppose two teams of 20 people are formed, and they are kept in different environments for a long time. The two teams are different from the outside world.
The two teams are given equal benefits, but every day, they are shown two different stories.
One always shows violence, disbelief, theft, various anti-social activities in the society, violence on religion and war.
The other showed a good view of society.


Now tell me what kind of impact will be among them?



In the first case - anger will increase, resentment will increase, their hatred towards society will increase, faith will decrease, violence will increase, anxiety will increase, there will always be something bad, there will be fear, worry about the future, fear, various physical diseases will increase. Most of them will have negative thoughts because their brains have been given negative information.

In the second case - positive thinking will come in a very natural way. Because their brains have been given positive information.

Hopefully you understand that the brain will work just as well as the information we give to our brain.

Information = Thoughts



If you give negative information throughout the day then your subconscious mind will give you negative thoughts again and again, and if you give positive thoughts then your subconscious mind will give positive thoughts.

The discussion is not over because this time your question is how do I give positive information to the brain? When? Is there any time for this?

Know what to do, instead of your negative thoughts, positive thoughts will come.
