The discussion is not over because this time your question is how do I give positive information to the brain? When? Is there any time for this?

When do our thoughts hurt us the most? When our emotions are associated with it.

Do you wake up in the morning and open your mobile / newspaper / news channel ?

Then it has to Stop. Because these will show you the news / information they like.
You all have to give positive information, to your brain.

For example - a special book, which can be useful in your life. Books or audios like Good Positive Stories, Positive Speech, Gita, Koran and Bible. Currently Youtube is a great medium. However, I would prefer to read books.

Exercise, yoga, meditation, or any activity that is not a problem, so that no one can affect your brain.

The matter is simple but 45 days is very difficult to comply with. But these 45 days if you can do it, I can promise you, your ability to think will change.

You will feel much better than before.

Because, in our same way both Negative Thinking and Positive Thinking come, it is up to you, who you will bring along that path.

Let me give you an example: the main drinking water pipe in your area has burst.

  An event is expressed by 10 people in 10 ways.
  First man: It became a huge problem.
  Second man: It became a big problem.
  Third person: It became a problem.
  Fourth: What's the problem?
  Fifth: Is it a problem?
  Sixth: This problem is due to negligence.
  Seventh Person : It's not a problem.
  Eighth man: There are such problems.
  Ninth: The administration will come, it will fix it in the
afternoon, there is no need to worry about this.
  Tenth man: Frightened, he started arranging water.

What will you do? Write in one line.

When we think of a small word over and over again, our brain thinks it is important, and our subconscious mind keeps reminding us of that small word over and over again. And that small word grows bigger.


It can be positive or negative, depending on what information you are giving to your brain.

The thoughts of the night and the thoughts of the morning are more important to us as you will try not to do the thoughts of the day while going to sleep. Thinking of the good and happy moments of life while going to sleep.
And in the morning, of course, spend some time with positive information.

Multiple thoughts will come to us, this is real, because our brain can never stop thinking. When you go to the cinema hall and watch a movie as you like, you start thinking of yourself as a part of that movie. Many people remember the special moments of the movie.


Imitating actors and actresses. That means you are doing what you are giving to the brain. So if you give positive things to the brain, your brain will think positive things.


Three things are very important in our lives.

1) Spend time at work. 2) Given time for family. 3) Spend time for yourself.
Whichever one you value most, ABCD, choose one of these four.
a) 1,2,3
b) 2,1,3
c) 3,2,1
d) 3,1,2
