Why can't we stay happy?
How to be Happy ?
Hopefully, after reading the whole thing that we will discuss today, you will be able to make yourself happy.

We can never be "HAPPY" in anything.  Although I have been happy for some time, it is too soon to dissipate.

Let me give you an example

You searched a lot of internet and bought a mobile with Rs.9999 and took it to the office.  But 3 days later, the mobile company reduced the price of mobile by Rs.1000.  And one of your colleges bought it and showed it to you, I bought it on offer for Rs.8999 rupees, and at that moment you felt like losing something.  Within a few seconds the happiness of buying your mobile is gone.

You think then, you've lost a lot?
If you buy after 3 days would you do better?


Example 2  (How to Think Positive and be Happy)

 You have a beautiful night lamp in your room, which illuminates the house pretty much at night.  But if you turn on the tube light next to it, you won't see the light of that night lamp.
 But the light of the night lamp is not in the room?
 Of course there are.

 We are fine just like this night lamp, but when we see someone else being good like a tube light, we are not unknowingly comparing ourselves.  It's better than you.  And then, our good will run away.




Let's make it easier: You have a little bit of a cut in your hand.  On the other hand, if we cut too much, we don't feel the pain of the first bite.  You are good but when you look at others you think they are many times better than you.  He or she looks at you with the same thoughts.

 This time it is clear "why we are not Happy."  Because we don't want to be Happy.

You can try it once.  What do you think about Happiness?  You write on a paper.  You cannot type correctly.

 We just forget about having Happiness with physical comfort.  If someone has a bed of gold, can we say Happiness?

Example 3: (How to Think Positive and be Happy)
 Don't associate luxury with being good, which is what we do.
 If you are earning 10 lakh rupees a month, you have to take sleeping pills to sleep at night, what would you say to be happy?

Example 4: (How to Think Positive and be Happy)
 Once you think, what a pricey mobile can give you Happiness.  Then those who have a lot of money will be happy to buy a mobile every day.

 Object give us physical comfort But Happiness is comfort of emotion.

 We combine these two.

 For example: You will find comfort when you sit on a pricey sofa.  But can you stay "Happy" sitting on that sofa?

 So how can you be Happy ?
 Answer: You are Happy.


I don't have the answer to being happy.  It is a will, a belief.  If you want to be happy, think you are happy.

 You're not good. Your Brain's subconscious mind reminds you again and again.  As it reminds you of your thoughts, your good feelings, your bad feelings, your eating, your sleep, your anger, your pride.

What do you think repeatedly when you are driving a car, when do you have to horn?  It works by your brain by itself.

 Your subconscious mind works 95% of the day.
 In this subconscious mind you have to say again and again that you are happy.  You're happy
 In any case you can be happy.

I promise you, if you can think good, everything will be fine with you.

If you can contact a psychologist, he or she will help you.
 There are different techniques that will help you to stay good.
 I am discussing some common issues below, but not all of them are possible.


@) Think about the best moments of your life, before you go to bed at night.

 @) Get up in the morning and tell you in front of the mirror today you have a great day.

 @) You have to think that everything will be okay over time.

 @) * What do I do with tension?  So I do not take tension.

 @) Exercise in the morning.  Engage in any sport.

 @) Do Meditation.

 @) Give yourself 1 hour of affective time.


 @) Engage yourself in something creative.

 @) Write down the important plan and take time.

 @) Create a list of your own targets and achievements.

 @) Spend time with family.

 @) Read Good book.


 @) Do not read the newspaper in the morning.  Don't watch the news in the morning

 @) Watch 1 movie a weekly.

 @) Think about what you want to do and write down.

 @) Do not compare to others.

 @) Think of the events happening every day as ordinary events.

 @) Don't worry too much about the future.


 @) don't think any talk in a complicated way, think easily. Don't find inner meaning.

 @) Talk limited

 @) Don't criticize others.

 @) Be honest as much as you can.

 @) Don't think yourself weak.


 @) Think about positive things.

 @) Do not raise your own needs indiscriminately.

 @) Do your own work.

 @) Stay with good people.


Remember that if we live 72 years, in it
 ✓ Sleep is 24 years.
 ✓ Does not remember 6 years of child's condition.
✓The study takes 20 years.
✓5 years to get a good job.
✓ After 60 years, the last 12 years lead to various diseases.
72- (24 + 6 + 20 + 5 + 12) = 5 years

Among these are marriages, thousands of responsibilities for the family.
 When will you live better?
 You do Tension, doctor advice for ECG, the expense will increase , doctor again advice for medicine. So don't take Tension and tell them I will see you at Hell.
